Cost: $150 for all ages
MOD Program for Ages 5 to 8
Season: Early September through late October/early November (8 games)
Includes: Jersey, socks, fields, volunteer coach and referees for U8 and U9.
REC Program for Ages 9 to 18
Season: Early September through mid-November (10 games)
City Tournament for teams U11 and older in late November
Jamboree for U9 and U10 teams after season ends
Includes: Jersey, socks, fields, volunteer coach, and referees.
Full and Partial Scholarships Available
We welcome all players regardless of income.
To request a scholarship, email headregistrar@woodlandsoccer.org for a PROMO CODE to enter during the payment/checkout step. Do this before starting your registration process.
Please do this prior to starting registration so you will have it to complete the process.
Registration Tips:

Affinity Username and Password. You should already have an Affinity username and password if you registered your child in Spring 2020, Fall 2020 or Spring 2021, if you have coached a team in the last three years, or if your child has participated in any Seattle United training programs (SAQ or PDA). If not, you will need to create a new account with Affinity to proceed.

Birth Certificate or Passport Required. You are required upload a PDF copy or photo of your child's birth certificate or passport at registration to confirm your player's age. Only a government issued form of documentation is accepted. You can take and upload a photo with your phone, but make sure the player's full name and date of birth are able to be read so you won't need to resubmit. A player cannot be placed on a team without this.

Medical Release Form. You are required to complete a Medical Release and Waiver form. Please have your player's primary care physician information (name & phone #) available when you register.

Requesting a Team or Coach. Woodland uses a "return to team" model, which means that you may request that your child be placed with last year's team. Other team requests can be made in the other comments / notes field.
